The Readers Studio<\/a> conference call for November was great – a lot of new people on the call, some of whom had been to the conference, and others who hadn’t.\u00a0 We (once again!) went over time, but it was time well spent!\u00a0 Hosted by Ruth Ann Amberstone<\/a> of the Tarot School<\/a> (Wald<\/a> was unable to be with us) and Mary Collin<\/a>, we covered a lot of territory!<\/p>\n

In the latest news about the Readers Studio, the Amberstones are expecting a very special first time guest – Solandia<\/a>, the owner, editor, and webmaster for Aeclectic Tarot<\/a>!\u00a0 We’re all delighted with the idea of spending three days with her!<\/p>\n

In addition to talking about the Readers Studio 2009<\/a> and all the fabulous plans for it, we managed to work in all of the following (and some others that I didn’t manage to write down!):<\/p>\n

We oohed and aahed over Emily Carding<\/a>‘s amazing and unique Transparent Tarot<\/a>, available from Schiffer Books<\/a> in the US and Bushwood Books<\/a> in the UK and Europe.\u00a0 (We just recorded a podcast with Emily, which will be available soon!)<\/p>\n

The Mysterium Tarot<\/a> by Jordan Hoggard<\/a> – fabulous and colorful, and available directly from Jordan on his website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mountain Dream Tarot<\/a> by Bea Nettles<\/a> – the original 1970s vintage deck, re-issued!<\/p>\n
